The new Aquasphere Microfin training fins have been designed to improve technique and help to train leg muscles.

The Aqua Sphere Microfins have a closed foot pocket which helps to keep feet in place at all times, this is made of durable and ultra-soft TPR polymer. It features anti-slip rubber pads for grip on slippery surfaces.

These Microfins have a rigid sole which helps reduce cramping, meaning an easier and more comfortable swim session.

These training fins increase the speed of your swim in the water, it builds both endurance and strength whilst giving you more control.
